Christian Norton
Managing Partner
Over the past 15 years, Christian has successfully led impactful, data-driven initiatives in sectors like justice, connectivity, health, education, and energy, working to bring essential services closer to the Mexican population.
Christian was recently involved in the design and launch of the Federal Judiciary Council’s open data project. He helped curate large datasets and develop interactive dashboards that make judicial data more accessible.
Christian has also worked on big data analysis and AI-drive solutions in public health. Notably, he helped create the “CHKT en línea” mobile app, a crucial tool used by Mexico’s Social Security Institute (IMSS) to identify individuals at risk for diabetes or hypertension.
Earlier in his career, Christian worked at Mexico’s Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT), where he helped design apps aimed at empowering consumers to make more informed decisions about digital services. He also played a role in shaping regulatory measures and competition frameworks to address the digital divide in Mexico.
Christian holds a master’s with honors in public policy from The University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in economics from ITAM.
Carlos Tendilla
Data Scientist
Over the past 15 years, Carlos Tendilla has built a strong foundation in data strategy, management, analysis, AI implementation, and algorithm development. He played a key role in redesigning the data architecture for the Federal Judiciary Council’s latest open data project. Carlos has also been heavily involved in data set curation, ETL processes, and analysis, ensuring strong data governance throughout. He has also managed the implementation of mass data migration in Social Security Systems, showcasing his ability to navigate complex data challenges with efficiency and precision. His analytical expertise is also evident in projects like CHKT en Línea, where he contributed to the development and validation of disease risk models.
Carlos’s skill set goes beyond traditional data roles. With a comprehensive understanding of data architecture and governance, he has consistently driven innovation through AI solutions and machine learning algorithms, impacting diverse business models and social projects.
Uriel Chávez
Lead Developer
Over the past 15 years, Uriel Chávez has built a strong career in software development, focusing on systems implementation, web development, and AI-driven solutions. He has successfully led projects that improved organizational efficiency through ERP and CRM systems, driven innovation with big data analysis, and enhanced decision-making with AI integration.
Uriel graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems from the Universidad del Valle de México (UVM) before specializing in Big Data Analysis at the University of Southern California (USC). He has experience with a wide range of technologies, including Python, Java, JavaScript (React, Node.js, Next.js, Angular), C++, PHP, R, SQL, TypeScript, Docker, AWS, and Google Cloud. Uriel’s expertise and innovative approach make him an essential asset in delivering impactful technological solutions.
