For 15 years, Christian has led impactful, data-driven projects across justice, health, connectivity, and education. At the Federal Judiciary Council, he helped redesign its open data platform, curating key datasets and building interactive dashboards to improve access to judicial data.

In public health, he helped develop “CHKT en línea,” a major IMSS tool that identifies people at risk for diabetes and hypertension. At IFT, he designed apps to support informed consumer decisions and contributed to key regulatory measures to close Mexico’s digital gap.

Christian holds a master’s with honors in public policy from the University of Chicago and a BA in economics from ITAM.

Over the past 15 years, Uriel Chávez has built a strong career in software development, focusing on systems implementation, web development, and AI-driven solutions. He has successfully led projects that improved organizational efficiency through ERP and CRM systems, driven innovation with big data analysis, and enhanced decision-making with AI integration.

Uriel graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems from the Universidad del Valle de México (UVM) before specializing in Big Data Analysis at the University of Southern California (USC). He has experience with a wide range of technologies, including Python, Java, JavaScript (React, Node.js, Next.js, Angular), C++, PHP, R, SQL, TypeScript, Docker, AWS, and Google Cloud.
